NESTAY Terms & Conditions:

  • Check-in time is 12:00 noon on the day of arrival, and check-out time is 10:00 am on the day of departure.
  • The tariff charges are per night. All rates are subject to prevailing local tax as applicable to room tariffs and services opted for.
  • Only two guests are allowed to stay in a room. Children older than 5 years or the third guest must pay for an extra bed.
  • The guest must show up before 1 pm, and then the booking will be cancelled if there is no contact from the guest.
  • Guests wishing for a late check-out should ask for permission from our reception before 10:00 am (subject to room availability; otherwise, they will be charged for one additional night).
  • Guests wishing to extend their stay beyond the date confirmed should confirm with the reception during check-in. The extension is subject to room availability.
  • Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to arrival to avoid a one-night charge.
  • An advance in cash deposit or online payment is mandatory to obtain the confirmed reservation.
  • Bills must be settled by cash, online payment, or a valid credit or debit card; cheques accepted in the favour of “Go Green Nursery Pvt. Ltd.”.
  • The hotel does not offer in-room dining facilities. Our pure veg multi-cuisine restaurant is at the ground level, within the premises.
  • Ordering and delivery of food from outside our hotel is prohibited.
  • Rooms are cleaned daily. Guests can request additional housekeeping services for an extra fee.
  • Guests are encouraged to reuse towels and linens to support the hotel's sustainability efforts.
  • There may be power cuts due to load shedding issues.
  • Baby Cradle can be provided to a child under 2 years old upon request.
  • Consumption of alcohol, non-vegetarian food, smoking, vaping, or any kind of intoxicating substance in the rooms or premises is strictly prohibited.
  • Switch off electrical devices and appliances, when not in use.
  • When not being used, do not touch the fire extinguisher.
  • Bringing illegal items is prohibited.
  • Inviting visitors into the guest rooms to use the facilities or amenities is prohibited. For security reasons, the visitor must register at the reception before entering the room.
  • Removing items from guest rooms or moving them to other places in the hotel is prohibited. A violator is subject to a fine.
  • Hanging of any items in guest room windows that might ruin the beauty of our hotel appearance is prohibited.
  • No guest is allowed to give up his or her room to be used by third parties, even if the room has been duly paid for.
  • Gambling or any other behaviour that is against public morals in the hallways or guest rooms is prohibited.
  • Any damage should be reported to our reception immediately after it becomes apparent.
  • Guests and other individuals using the hotel services are asked to make sure their conduct does not disturb other guests. The hotel may refuse its services to individuals who violate this rule.
  • Guests are expected to lock their rooms properly to prevent access by third parties. Upon leaving their rooms, guests must close and lock the doors.
  • The management will not in any way whatsoever be responsible for any loss or damage to the guest's belongings or any other property from either the hotel room, the locker, or any other part of the hotel.
  • Guests are expected to keep all the equipment and furniture in their rooms free from damage.
  • Guests shall be liable for any damage or loss of any equipment or furniture in the rooms up to the cost of repair or replacement.
  • Guests shall be liable for any damage caused to the property, furniture or plants and accessories of Go Green Nursery premises.
  • Unwashable stains, rips, or tears on linens or towels will be charged to your bill.
  • In the event of a loss or damage to the key card, it will be charged to the room bill.
  • Guests must register their vehicles at check-in. The hotel is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles.
  • Failure to comply with these rules and regulations may result in penalties, including additional charges, eviction from the hotel, or the involvement of law enforcement authorities.
